Green Building
Our team is committed to creating safer and healthier places to live and work. There are numerous environmental, economic, health and community benefits to building green. Green Building reduces the environmental impact our homes, offices, and businesses have on the earth. In addition to reducing the environmental impact, green building also reduces operating costs and enhances asset value and profits.
Bingman Construction was recently given the opportunity to construct the first zero net energy consumption commercial building in the Midwest for Washington University in Eureka, Missouri. The self-sustaining 2800 square foot building will be one of the few zero net energy commercial buildings in the United States. This project has given Bingman Construction unprecedented knowledge and the expertise needed to effectively deliver green building at all levels. We try to integrate energy efficient methods and materials in all of our projects adding value and function.
