St. Andrews Resources for Seniors

Summerville of St. Andrew’s is a 24-building new construction of an independent living complex that consists of 96 new residences, multiple apartments, and shared community spaces. 

The site was constructed on a hillside incorporating the use of walkable paths and community interaction, while at the same time maintaining ADA access to all aspects of the community. 

The end product incorporates a clubhouse, bocce ball, pickleball court, a fishing pond, and many other site amenities. The residents can take advantage of the technology-driven focus of the community by ordering food from an integrated tablet, safety devices, and weekly get togethers.

Part of the significant complexities involving this project were the subsurface conditions, volatility of the market, and dealing with COVID-19 pandemic considerations next to a skilled nursing facility.
