We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale commercial jobs and excels at schedule management, team coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects ($5M–$100M+).
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management processes.
- Direct and mentor project teams including assistant project managers and project engineers.
- Work closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial reporting.
- Lead project meetings and regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, local codes, and permitting.
- Business Requirements and Knowledge of A/E/C industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be the critical link between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams—ensuring safety, quality, budgets, and timelines stay on track.
What You’ll Do
Preconstruction
- Develop and manage bid/estimate processes
- Review scopes and qualify bids
- Execute buyouts and develop base budgets
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Produce submittal logs and maintain client communication
Construction
- Lead OAC meetings
- Track and communicate change order costs
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on progress, costs, and forecasting
- Partner with Superintendents on QC, safety, and scheduling
Post-Construction
- Collect and organize closeout documents and warranty information
- Deliver O&M manuals to the client
- Coordinate facility training sessions
What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex construction projects from pursuit through closeout. This role is responsible for setting the strategic vision of each project, ensuring exceptional client outcomes, and providing senior-level leadership across project teams. The Project Director plays a critical role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and upholding our standards for quality, safety, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy
- Lead projects from proposal, interview, and award through completion.
- Establish project vision, objectives, and success criteria.
- Set a strong foundation for execution in partnership with Project Managers and Superintendents.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary executive contact for clients.
- Ensure client expectations are met and issues are addressed proactively.
- Foster long-term relationships and deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
Team Leadership & Oversight
- Assemble and launch high-performing project teams.
- Provide senior leadership, guidance, and decision-making support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead by example, maintaining composure in high-pressure environments and reinforcing company values.
Contracts & Prime Agreements
- Lead or support negotiation of owner contracts and key trade agreements.
- Ensure alignment on scope, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
Financial Management
- Maintain oversight of project budgets, forecasts, contingencies, and cost reports.
- Participate in monthly project reviews and ensure financial health of assigned projects.
Schedule Oversight
- Monitor master project schedules and key milestones.
- Intervene as needed to mitigate delays and protect project timelines.
Quality Management
- Ensure quality standards and processes are implemented and followed.
- Conduct periodic reviews and spot checks to maintain execution excellence.
Risk & Opportunity Management
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks.

Safety & Compliance

Project Closeout
- Oversee project handover, including warranties, training, and final documentation.

Compliance Coordinator (Construction)
Bingman Construction Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Coordinator to support our project teams by managing compliance documentation and tracking job-specific requirements. This role is essential in ensuring contractual, legal, and client compliance obligations are met from project startup through closeout.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working with multiple internal teams, vendors, and clients while keeping documentation accurate, complete, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage compliance requirements for construction projects, including reviewing contracts and setting up compliance documentation for new jobs
- Maintain lien waivers, including receiving, reviewing, tracking, and sending required documents
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for Bingman Construction Company and subcontractors
- Coordinate vendor setup and organization across platforms including Foundation, Procore, and GCPay, including W-9 tracking
- Coordinate with project teams on certified payroll reporting, including receiving, reviewing, and submitting required documentation
- Assist with construction audits following job completion by gathering and organizing compliance and project documentation
- Communicate with project teams, vendors, clients, and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met accurately and on time
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project compliance records for reporting and audit readiness
Qualifications & Skills

What You’ll Do

- Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
- Enforcing company safety policies and OSHA standards

Estimator Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Develop and maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid submission processes.
- Track and maintain historical cost data and assist in cost control and project planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate risks associated with project budgets.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide value engineering suggestions.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure budget alignment.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficient in estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Familiarity with industry pricing and subcontractor/vendor networks.
