Washington University Wilson Hall is an 85,000 square-foot building that was sitting vacant for three years before we started work.

A sizable portion of sagging was evident in the concrete along with windows that were failing to keep moisture out. The need to upgrade building technology while keeping with the original design intent of the structure was critical as Wilson Hall is located on the quad of Washington University’s campus.

We completed all tasks successfully with the department still telling us how much they enjoy the completed project.

This two-year renovation was complex and enjoyable while at the same time very rewarding.
