## Every Incident is Preventable

At Bingman Construction Company, safety isn't just a priority—it's our guiding principle. Everyone, from our colleagues to partners and subcontractors, has stop-work authority. If it’s not safe, we don’t do it.

We enforce this ethos through rigorous field procedures, continuous training, and a Life Critical Requirements program, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The safety of every worker on our construction sites is paramount.

Bingman maintains an EMR (Experience Modification Rating) of 0.97, a testament to our comprehensive training and procedures. This rating, akin to a safety "credit score," is used by insurers to determine premiums based on workers' compensation claims. Our stellar rating signifies our commitment to safety, enabling us to attract the most skilled labor in the industry.

## Public Safety

Ensuring public safety is at the forefront of our project planning process. Collaborating with relevant agencies, we strive to enhance standards not just locally but on a national scale. Our meticulous safety plans cover all bases, from traffic management and right-of-way to smooth material and equipment flow.

Each plan is fortified with contingencies for adverse weather, remote locations, and challenging work environments. Our aim? To prioritize public safety while keeping community disruptions to a minimum.
